1/4 nos bawang merah - tumbuk/blend

1 bawang putih - tumbuk/blend

Sos tiram

Kicap cair

Kicap pekat

Garam

Kunyit

Seasoning

White pepper

Method:

1. Gaul everything together with the chicken.

2. Once marinated, refrigerate preferably overnight so the marination seeps in :)
